we have a spam filter on our incoming e-mail and experience a very high number of enquiries by e-mail.  if you do not get a response to an e-mail, please call by phone just in case it was filtered off or overlooked. please mark your e-mail obviously in the subject title, if we get an e-mail showing a file attachment (which could just be a digital signature for example) from an unknown sender without an obvious subject title it will usually be deleted for fear of virus.

you can also contact us with technical queries where our team will try and help you solve tech issues via phone or e-mail.

we have our own designated parking, accessed via denmark lane behind our shop.

bike parking:
we have designated bike park hoops right outside our shop and can loan you a lock if required.

we are open 9.00am to 5.30pm monday to friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm on saturday. 

payment details:
we accept most credit and debit cards. we accept cash and cheques supported by a guarantee card. we offer finance facilities through black horse finance including interest free options, subject to status, full details available upon request. 

data protection/privacy/shopping terms and conditions:
it may be neccessary for us to keep some personal details about securely you on our computer system.  we do not keep credit card details for any customer anywhere. our on line shopping system is secure. our web orders are usually despatched the same day if the order is processed by 2pm, we use a variety of shipping methods, if you wish to check on the status of an order please call or e-mail us directly. all of our prices are uk£ prices including vat at 17.5% (excluding non vat items). if you have bought a product in store or on line and it is not suitable then you may return it (in it's original packaging and condition with any manuals, parts etc) for a full refund.

we don't do spam but sometimes we might e-mail you about things you have expressed an interest in or offers and/or news.  just let us know if you'd like to be added or deleted from our mailing list. we usually send one or two e-mails a month at most.
