Returns policy

Buying from bikelab is safe - we conform to the Distance Selling Regulations, which are designed to protect you when buying stuff over the internet.

But we go further than that. We want you to be delighted every time you deal with us, so that you come back to spend more money at our online shop. So here's what we'll do.

If you are not happy with anything you have bought from us for whatever reason, we will give you your money back as long as you send it back to us within 30 days of receiving it from us. We make no charge for this and we do not levy a restocking fee. Its all part of our service.

All that we ask is that you return the goods unused (that means no sweaty training rides in your new bibshorts, and no XC races on that chainset) and in its original packaging so that we can resell it.

Returns procedure:

If you need to return anything to us please pack it carefully to avoid damage in transit and send it back to us letting us know your contact details, enclosing a copy of the original sales receipt, and telling us whether you want an exchange or refund. Please post the item back to us recorded delivery, or ask for a proof of postage so that it does not get lost in the post. Goods are at your risk until they have been received back by us.

We will only pay the return postage costs if the goods are faulty. If the cost of shipping back to us exceeds £25 then please contact us before you return any item so that we can arrange collection from you.
